LONG LINE DOWN - A dynamic duo from Denmark that creates an original and refreshing combination of downhome blues & old school Rock. In spite of their minimalistic setup, LONG LINE DOWN manages to bring forth a huge and raw sound. Their sound is a combination of blues and rock, gathering inspiration from artists such as Black Keys, White Stripes and Royal Blood – however, the band incorporates a more nuanced and rhythmic feel, leading thoughts to genres such as Americana and Balkan. The duo consists of Anders Holm, who delivers a raw and powerful vocal as well as creating a solid and hard-hitting groove on his minimalistic drum-kit. Martin Christensen backs him up with confident and playful guitar-playing and together they manage to create a unique match and setup that combines their raw and energetic attitude with authentic and deeply felt fervor. Since the beginning, LLD has worked hard on their music, recording their first EP in the spring of 2014. Immediately after the recordings finished, the band tread their first ground on the local stages and has since then been performing nationwide on a regular basis and toured widely in Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway and Greenland. After numerous concerts, LLD took a break from touring to focus on writing and recording new material. This has led to 13 songs recorded at Mørkværk Studios/DK.  On 21.9.2018  5 of these songs were released on the EP 'GENERIC', on 1.March 2019 the album follows with an impressive mixture of downhome blues, old school rock with 60ties beat elements, Balkan vibes, hard guitar riffs and rough drum- and vocal performance.

LONG LINE DOWN - Ein dynamisches Duo aus Dänemark, das eine originelle und erfrischende Kombination aus Downhome Blues & Old School Rock kreiert. Trotz ihres ihrer minimalistischen Besetzung gelingt es LONG LINE DOWN, einen rauen und kraftvollen Sound zu erzeugen. Ihr Sound ist eine Kombination aus Blues und Rock, inspiriert von Künstlern wie Black Keys, White Stripes und Royal Blood - aber die Band hat ein nuancierteres und rhythmischeres Feeling und lässt an Genres wie Americana und Balkan denken. Das Duo besteht aus Anders Holm, der raue und kraftvolle  Vocals abliefert und mit seinem minimalistischen Drum-Kit einen soliden und kraftvollen Groove erzeugt . Martin Christensen unterstützt ihn mit selbstbewusster und spielerischer Gitarrenarbeit, und zusammen gelingt ihnen, einzigartige Übereinstimmung und ein Setup zu erschaffen , das ihre rohe und energetische Einstellung mit authentischer und tief empfundener Leidenschaft verbindet. Von Anfang an haben LLD hart an ihrer Musik gearbeitet und im Frühjahr 2014 ihre erste EP aufgenommen. Unmittelbar nach Abschluss der Aufnahmen machte die Band die ersten Schritte auf den lokalen Bühnen und tritt seither regelmäßig landesweit auf und tourte ausgiebig in Deutschland, den Niederlanden, Belgien, Norwegen und Grönland. Nach zahlreichen Konzerten legte LLD eine Tourneepause  ein, um sich auf das Schreiben und Aufnehmen von neuem Material zu konzentrieren. Dies hat 13 Songs hervor gebracht, die in den Mørkværk Studios/DK aufgenommen wurden. Am 21.9.2018 wurden 5 dieser Songs auf der EP ‚GENERIC’ veröffentlicht, am 1.März 2019 folgt nun das Album mit einer beeindruckenden Mischung aus Downhome Blues, Old School Rock mit 60ties-Beat Elementen, Balkan-Vibes, harten Gitarrenriffs und rauer Drums- und Vocal-Performance.
